Bond of Christopher Thomas Grene, esq., deceased, to John Cotye and Thomas Plott, yeoman, in the sum of £200 for the observance by Norton Grene, gentleman, his heirs and assigns and the heirs and executors of the said Thomas Grene, of the terms of the award of Ambrose Gilbert and Roger Manwood, esquires, arbitrators between the said Norton Grene, Thomas Norton and Edward Norton, of the one part, and John Cotye and Alice his wife, and Thomas Plote and Elizabeth his wife, of the other part, concerning the right to a messuage and 200 acres of land, etc., in Burden, Byckner, Iwade, and elsewhere in the county of Kent, whereof Alexander Norton late was in possession; and concerning all actions, etc., between the said parties before the date of these presents.
